Tomasz Purol is well-known chef with 20 years of experience. He gained his knowledge in different places in Poland: Hotel Park in Poznan and Szczecin, Hotel Brovaria, Remes Hotel in Opalenica, Best Western Symfonia in Osjakowo, Concordia Taste Restaurant in Poznan and many other. At present, he's the Chef Executive in Blow Up Hall 5050 in Stary Browar in Poznan, where he's responsible for the menu that focuses on the polish traditional local cuisine. He was awarded by the Golden
Medal in European Championship in Italy in 2000 and two bronze medals in National Representation World Cup in Luxemburg in 2002 and at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurta 2012.
He was also the winner of V edition of TOP CHEF in 2015. In 2016 he was back at the TV as the mentor of the autumn edition of TOP CHEF programme. Tomasz Purol is one of the most recognizable and most talented chefs in Poland. He coordinates the culinary initiatives with the organization of Poznan Chefs Together with a great success. He is strongly engaged in educational projects for children and teaches them how to eat well and healthy. On the daily basis, he supports the culinary industry by sharing his knowledge as juror of many culinary competitions.
