Mariusz Pieterwas

Mariusz Pieterwas is the owner and the chef of the Krew i Woda restaurant in Gdynia. He's passionate about the Asian cuisine, creative cooking, and the so-called open kitchen. In 2012, he became the first chef in Pomerania to be recommended by Slow Food Polska. In his twenties he spent 5 years working for various restaurants in western Europe, including located on an English Channel island the Bohemia restaurant, which was awarded a Michelin star.
